I went on a weekend, so there was a 20–30 minute wait, but there was cool hovenia tea (heotgae-suchа, a herbal tea) so the wait was bearable! Such a thoughtful touch!

There were hangers, which made it easy to hang a bag or coat :) I'd especially recommend the atmosphere to anyone who wants a quiet meal.

The broth of Mibundang's brisket, flank and tendon pho was truly deep and clean. I tasted the broth first, and I immediately understood why so many people come to Mibundang. It wasn't just salty or harsh; the rich savory depth, like it had been simmered for a long time, left an impression.

The more spoonfuls I drank, the more I kept craving it, and even eaten with the noodles, the broth held its presence clearly.

The brisket and flank were tender and well cooked, and the tendon kept its chewy texture, so there was a nice variety of textures. The portion of meat was satisfying too, plenty filling as a full meal.

Sauces are set out at the top of each seat. I splashed on some hot sauce and ate it with the bean sprouts and meat, and it was so good, T_T

The assorted starter plate at Mibundang Dongtan Station Branch was made up of sweet potato cha gio (Vietnamese fried spring rolls), scallop cha gio, wedding shumai (steamed dumplings) and potato-wrapped shrimp, and every one of them was satisfying. I loved being able to try several sides at once.

The sweet potato cha gio had an appealing sweet flavor, and the scallop cha gio had a crispy texture with the savory depth of scallop coming through well.

The wedding shumai was moist and soft, and the potato-wrapped shrimp paired a crispy outside with springy shrimp. Eaten alongside the pho broth, it felt even more harmonious. With both the main and the sides so satisfying, it's a combination that makes you want to order again.
