Half plate of boiled pork at Pyeongtaek noodle house Seoul Myeonok
Seoul Myeonok is a naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodle) restaurant within a five-minute walk of Exit 1 at Pyeongtaek Station, Gyeonggi, opened in 1973 and now run by the third generation. On a Saturday, a couple shared pyeongyang naengmyeon at 11,000 won, bibim naengmyeon at 11,000 won and a half plate of Korean pork suyuk (boiled pork slices) at 16,000 won, and the pork reached the table in five minutes. If pyeongyang naengmyeon is new to you, ordering one bowl of each and swapping halfway was the best combination at Seoul Myeonok.
