On a late-night visit for two, the writer ordered three servings in total — one black pork ogyeopsal (five-layer pork belly, 19,000 won) and two Boseong Nokdon samgyeopsal (pork belly, 16,000 won) — and staff grilled both cuts at the table for a side-by-side comparison. The ogyeopsal was chewy while the Boseong Nokdon was tender with richer fat flavor, so either cut works depending on your preference.
