Songdo fry restaurant with a sauce bar: Angry Potato

I stopped by Angry Potato Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch while shopping at Songdo Outlet because I was getting peckish 🥔 It has been catching my eye as a pop-up at Songhyeon-a, so I was curious—and when I actually went, every menu combo looked sooo lovable. What a happy dilemma.. S2

In the B1 food hall at Songdo Hyundai Outlet

It is in the B1 food hall of Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch, at 123 Songdo Gukje-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Just head toward the B1 food hall at Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch. It was in such a handy spot for grabbing food during a shopping trip.

Angry Potato Songdo Branch is a great fry spot I found at Songhyeon-a 🍟 It is especially well suited to those moments while shopping at Hyundai Outlet when you want something quick, like chicken or fries, rather than a full meal! You can have chicken too, and there are different kinds of fries, so it seemed like a decent place to visit with kids as well.

Potato-chip tasting and a friendly first impression

While I was diligently choosing from the menu, they even offered potato-chip samples! And they were so attentive with the kids, telling them again and again how pretty they were, hehe. When we visited, the staff offered us potato-chip samples :) A little tasting like that secretly makes you feel so good, right? It was nice to try them and check the flavor for ourselves, and everyone was generally so kind that the first impression was really great 😉 I will absolutely revisit places like this!!!

As you would expect from a Songhyeon-a pop-up, it had an atmosphere that jumped right into view as you walked by. The cheerful potato-chip vibe was alive and well, so there was plenty of fun in looking around.

Angry Potato has dishes built around potatoes, with various toppings and sauces added for you to enjoy, you know? I was curious about the chewy potatoes—crisp outside and chewy within—and the signature Angry potato chips also really caught my eye 👀 While we were in the store, a video of a famous YouTuber advertising Angry Potato was playing continuously too. Such a sweet combination, with choices for every preference! Yes yes, this really is a great fry spot 🍟

The Deep Crunch Box packed with different items

To try a little of everything, I ordered the Deep Crunch Box because I wanted side dishes like mini burger skewers, Chili’s cheese sticks, and Hot Crunch Chicken too. (A huge success—compliments to me ✨)

They packaged it all up neatly! It was self-packaging, but they helped us with every single thing. So touching, so touching.

This combo is just too lovely (heart). Hurry over while you can find it as a Songdo Hyundai Outlet food spot.

I have a pretty small appetite,,, which basically means I am a piggie with a small appetite who tastes a little of everything.. Since this lets you enjoy fries and chicken together, it was a nice set to choose when you want to try this and that.

Chili’s cheese sticks and a pick-your-own sauce bar

These are the cheese sticks my child was most excited for! >ㅁ< These days, this young middle-schooler knows YouTubers so well that apparently they had watched people eating these over and over? The other-style Chili’s cheese sticks were a special treat too. They gave us sauces as well! Everything is included in the set.

Isn’t this sauce bar so fun? Rather than eating the fries plain, you can pair them with different sauces to suit your taste, which makes choosing even more enjoyable.

For fry lovers, being able to choose your sauces is exactly Angry Potato’s charm!

Especially, the fries did not feel like a mere side dish—the flavor and texture of the potatoes themselves came through beautifully. The crisp-fried bits were nutty, while the insides were fluffy, and with the chicken, they were the kind of thing you keep reaching for! “Great fry spot” really suited this place.

When something is pretty, you have to look at it once more + how much cheese is in there.. I have no idea when it will stop stretching..

I did not get even one bite ㅠ^ㅜ.. I asked about it, saying we should have bought two, and was told that until now, cheese sticks had not been real cheese sticks.. haha. These different Chili’s cheese sticks had chili flavor added for a slight kick, alongside the rich savoriness of cheese, so they felt different from ordinary cheese sticks! Eating one between fries or chicken changed the flavor completely, which actually made them taste even better.

Chewy potatoes unlike regular fries

And the thing I was curious about here was the chewy potatoes. 🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔 Their texture was definitely different from regular fries, with that chewy feel their name promises. If you love fries, you absolutely have to try them! Add the spicy flavor to the crisp chicken,, plus extra sauce.

A combination that cannot possibly taste bad, right! The chicken was crunchy and the taste was good (I am a carnivorous bunny 🐰)

This cute bite-size burger genuinely looked like it had popped out of an animation, hehe, so I had it with my favorite character. It is a bite-size burger,, and although you can put it in your mouth in one bite, I ate it in three :b I am dieting, so I tried to eat slowly (at least I tried)..^^
