Geomdan tonkatsu restaurant for truffle tenderloin: HOKATSU
HOKATSU is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant in Geomdan, Incheon. On a third visit, I tried tenderloin and loin cutlets, cold soba, and curry, and especially loved the tender, juicy yogurt-aged cutlets. Verdict: HOKATSU is well worth another visit for moist tonkatsu in Geomdan.
