Changwon jokbal restaurant with octopus spicy trotters: Songgane
Songgane Wang Jokbal Bossam Changwon Station Branch is a 33-year-old jokbal (braised pork trotter) restaurant near Changwon Station in Uichang-gu, Changwon, where the trotters are boiled by hand in the shop every day. Three diners ordered the large Maejok Set at 45,000 won (spicy jokbal plus bossam) with a small buckwheat noodle platter, doenjang stew and rice, and found octopus mixed into the spicy jokbal, while the tofu-packed country doenjang stew was the favourite of the table. They arrived barely hungry at Songgane Wang Jokbal Bossam and still finished every plate.
