I'm a self-proclaimed bread fanatic, and I finally visited a Misa bakery where the bread, the vibe, the interior, and the service were all amazing, so let me introduce it to you :)

It's the Hanam Misa bakery everyone's talking about — Easy White Bread Hanam Misa :)
Where is Easy White Bread Hanam Misa, and is there parking?
Easy White Bread Hanam Misa is located on the first floor of 36 Misagangbyeon-bukro 30beon-angil, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, right along the Mangwolcheon stream. It's very close to Mangwol Elementary School, and you can park right in front of the store.

The exterior was already so tasteful, but I was even more surprised when I saw the interior, haha

Here are the business hours for reference. The milk bread here is famous, so if you're planning to buy some, I'd recommend reserving ahead like this!

This is the sign for when the bread comes out, good to know :)

White and wood interior with floor-to-ceiling Mangwolcheon stream views
The moment I walked in, the white-toned interior really struck me. That sense of calm from the white, wood, and greenery — clean and pretty, right?
Every little decor piece felt like an object worth noticing, like a pretty café full of objets. The stream view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was fantastic too. Once the weather warms up, the outdoor seats would be lovely to eat at.

The moment you walk in, the milk breads are lined up in rows!

Milk bread sliced to the thickness you choose
At Easy White Bread Hanam Misa, they cut the milk bread to your preferred thickness like this. Very fitting for a milk bread specialty shop, right? Haha
Pretty gift boxes and house-made spreads. The spreads here are seriously amazing! (I'll show you more later)

What's on the menu board, plus the tasting corner
This is the menu board at Easy White Bread Hanam Misa. (Click to zoom in) Special brewed coffee starts at ₩3,500, and the flavor changes depending on the beans!
They also run receipt reviews like this, so don't miss out, haha.
There's a tasting corner off to the side, and my baby ate the bread here so well, it must be delicious, haha.
Being able to see the bread-making process through the transparent kitchen was fascinating and fun. This place really runs with total cleanliness.

They say good ingredients make good bread, so they insist on top-grade ingredients only — even AOP-certified French butter and plant-based/dairy creams. Maybe that's why, as I sat there eating and watching, so many people were packing up loaves of bread to take home.

Brewed coffee from 3,500 won paired with the bread
And another thing that surprised me — the coffee here.

With a carefully curated brewed coffee lineup, freshly brewed coffee paired with bread was honestly the best combo.

Even I, who doesn't really know coffee, genuinely felt this coffee was delicious.

I went with my dad and my kid, and my dad raved about the coffee and bread too — but most of all, my kid munched away on this bread so happily :)

The harmony of freshly brewed coffee and bread was truly perfect at this place.

Honey fig cream cheese spread, made in-house
This place has really spread by word of mouth — solo visitors, families, and couples on dates all come here, haha. Of the bread I've tried, this was truly the best.
They gave me a serving of honey fig cream cheese to spread on the bread, and I was surprised — it wasn't overly sweet, and you could really taste the figs. I ended up just scooping it up and eating it plain, haha.
Moist, soft bread with all kinds of spreads on it would be delicious too, don't you think?

It's really not famous for nothing. I could feel all the care and effort packed into this flavorful milk bread.

Restrooms inside the shop, separate for men and women
Around here, restrooms are often located outside the store, but at Easy White Bread Hanam Misa, the restrooms are neatly gender-separated and located inside the store, so those of us who care a lot about restrooms have nothing to worry about — no, no!
I get why mom cafés and social media call this the Misa bread pilgrimage. I think I'm going to become a real regular here, haha.
