Date-night egg roll and spicy octopus in Yongsan: Jjigaen Jjukkumi
Jjigaen Jjukkumi Yongmun Market Branch is a griddle-cooked spicy octopus and pork belly restaurant near Hyochang Park Station and Yongmun Market in Yongsan, Seoul, featured on tvN's Amazing Saturday. Two of us ordered the jjukkumi samgyeopsal (spicy octopus with pork belly) for two at 32,000 won and added glass noodles, a rolled egg omelette and fried rice, and the sauce was neither too hot nor too salty. The egg roll came out slightly overcooked, but the owner was friendly and Jjigaen Jjukkumi still made for an easy, feel-good dinner.
