Manpo Galbi Uijeongbu Main Branch is a handmade marinated galbi (grilled marinated ribs) restaurant on Beomgol-ro 145beon-gil in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. Arriving at a quiet 3:30pm, two diners ordered 3 servings of the handmade marinated galbi, added a 4th, and finished it five ways: plain, dipped in pickled onion, wrapped in lettuce, over rice, and on top of the free Hamhung-style cold noodles. The fruit-based marinade at Manpo Galbi stayed mild rather than cloying, and with one free bowl of cold noodles per person it made for a great-value Uijeongbu galbi meal.
