Jeju Udae is an udae galbi (thick-cut beef short rib) grill house on Noyeon-ro in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City. Booking ahead, the writer ordered raw udae galbi for two and kkakdugi (radish kimchi) fried rice, and the staff grilled it at the table so tender that a child could eat it easily, with a high chair, kids' dishware and beef radish soup all provided. Jeju Udae works well as a family dinner spot in Nohyeong-dong.
