Yongin kalguksu with a 3-minute tableside hourglass: Baekcheongu

Baekcheongu Kalguksu Yongin Dongbaek Branch is a Korean restaurant in Dongbaek, Giheung-gu, Yongin, serving seafood kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup) and mandu jeongol (dumpling hot pot). Three of us visited, and the owner said 2 servings of seafood kalguksu would be plenty, so we ordered that plus a half-and-half steamed mandu plate; the covered pot comes to the table and you start eating once the 3-minute hourglass runs out. With barley rice to mix with yeolmu kimchi and bean sprouts included, Baekcheongu Kalguksu fed three people generously in one meal.
