Ingye-dong Japanese cutlet spot: chicken cutlet with bread, Gyewondang
Gyewondang Ingye Branch is a Japanese-style pork cutlet and rice-set restaurant tucked inside Ingye-dong in Suwon, Gyeonggi. On a second visit to Gyewondang, the writer ordered the chicken cutlet and swapped the rice for bread, and found the batter crisp and the chicken thick and moist rather than dry. Gyewondang's chicken cutlet is a good pick when you want something a little different from a regular pork cutlet.
