Jichilliya Jeju is a traditional-liquor bar in Ido 2-dong, near Jeju City Hall. Arriving at 6pm, the writer ordered bang-a-jeon (Gyeongsang-style herb pancake), dongpa braised pork belly and spicy seafood ramen, with Kooksoondang raw makgeolli alongside. The menu at Jichilliya Jeju flows like a course, from first snack to the ramen that closes the night.
Dough Rider Pizza is a wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant on Inda 8-gil in Ara-dong, Jeju. Two diners ordered the single pizza (lunch), the Single Cowboy Shrimp Kick, Mush Cream Pasta (mushroom cream pasta), onion rings and a Dr Pepper Zero, and each pizza was stretched and baked only after the order went in, so it arrived straight from the oven. With bar seats and single-size pizzas, Dough Rider Pizza works just as well for a solo lunch as for two people sharing.
Cultured is an Italian restaurant in Ara-dong, Jeju City, serving pasta and pizza. Two diners ordered the Cultured Lunch Special — steak salad, chili oil pasta, gorgonzola pizza, and grape and orange juice — and the portions were so generous that the pizza went home in a takeout box. With dessert drinks built into the set, lunch at Cultured felt full and well worth it.

The cut was shaped for thick curly hair and a wide side head shape, then followed by a full shave and a mask pack, with a steam towel used to ease the strain on the skin. For anyone around Pyoseon or Seongsan who wants hair and beard sorted in a single visit, Noah Barbershop Jeju is a solid pick.
Café 7 Budu is a two-story café right in front of Pyoseon Port in Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo, Jeju. It sits within walking distance of Dangke Olle Noodles, the noodle restaurant known from singer Sung Si-kyung, so the writer ate noodles first and came here for dessert: homemade red bean shaved ice served in a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot) and Oh! Fisherman ice cream made with squid ink. Café 7 Budu makes an easy half-day Pyoseon course you can walk without moving your car.
Deureomtong Sotttukkeong Dakdoritang is a pot-lid dakdoritang (spicy braised chicken) restaurant on Wonnohyeong-ro in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju. Two diners ordered the pot-lid chicken stew for two with a flat glass noodle add-on, cheese fried rice and beer, and the owner set a timer and stir-fried everything at the table. Between the brothy chicken stew, the flat noodles and the torch-browned cheese fried rice, Deureomtong makes for a full and satisfying meal.
