The interior was stylish and the music playing inside matched the mood perfectly — I was in a good mood before I'd even eaten.

🍕 At Dough Rider Pizza, once your order comes in, they stretch the dough, add the sauce, and bake it in the oven — nothing is made ahead of time. That means it can take a bit longer than usual for your food to come out. At first the wait felt a little long, but once I tasted the pizza I thought, 'ah, that's why it's so good.' Getting to eat a warm, freshly baked pizza made even the waiting kind of enjoyable, honestly.

Can you eat alone? Bar seats and single-size pizzas

🍤 This was a pizza with a bold flavor that hit you the moment you took a bite. It's a Tex-Mex style sauce with plump shrimp, corn, and sour cream. The shrimp were quite plump so the texture was great too, and combined with the savory sauce and the smooth sour cream, this was a tasty pick if you like pizzas with personality. The dough was freshly baked, so we got to enjoy it warm and chewy.

🍄 The mush cream pasta we ordered alongside the pizza was also satisfying. The smooth cream sauce had the deep aroma of mushrooms layered in, giving it a savory, rich flavor. Pizza alone can feel a bit lacking, but ordering pasta too made it a good way for two people to enjoy a variety of menu items.
