Team lunch omakase at an 8-seat counter in Yeongdeungpo: Sushi Hibi
Sushi Hibi is a one-chef omakase restaurant on Dangsan-ro 32-gil near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station in Seoul, with lunch at 50,000 won and dinner at 100,000 won. The lunch visit ran 40 to 50 minutes, from egg tofu and an octopus dish through flounder sashimi, grilled Spanish mackerel and nigiri of daurade, horse mackerel, sweet shrimp, monkfish liver, amberjack, tuna akami, mackerel and sea eel, then futomaki, tamagoyaki, udon and strawberry sorbet. With a single-row counter of 8 seats, Sushi Hibi works just as well for a team lunch as for solo dining or a date.
