Omokgyo Station Korean BBQ: jar gochujang bulgogi at Gamgol Yeontanjip

Gamgol Yeontanjip Mokdong is a charcoal-grill Korean BBQ restaurant a 2-minute walk from Exit 2 of Omokgyo Station in Yangcheon, Seoul. The gochujang charcoal bulgogi is aged 1,440 minutes and arrives in its own clay jar to be grilled twice, and Gamgol Yeontanjip rounds out the table with hangover sundubu-jjigae (soft tofu stew), charcoal fried rice, shrimp egg custard, grilled tulip chicken feet and a plum slushie. Retro in mood and strong on side dishes, it handles big groups easily.
