Seoul Station gyukatsu restaurant sharing one brazier for two: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a sirloin gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the first basement floor of the LG Seoul Station Building in Jung-gu, Seoul. One gyukatsu set and one steki (steak) set, both 19,500 won, came with a single mini square brazier for two diners, where French Isigny butter is melted for grilling — and the trick is to cut in a little butter every 3 or 4 pieces of meat instead of using it all at once, so every bite stays moist. Ichigyu is an easy recommendation for a Seoul Station lunch or a date.
