Icheon charcoal pork galbi after a Gangwon vacation: Neul Gogi Jip
Neul Gogi Jip Icheon Main Branch (늘고기집 이천본점) is a Korean restaurant on Gyeongchung-daero in Icheon, Gyeonggi, specializing in charcoal-grilled marinated pork galbi. On the drive home from a Gangwon summer vacation, the writer had staff grill nuruk-salt-aged marinated pork galbi over charcoal, then finished with mul naengmyeon (cold noodles in broth) in a brass bowl and free soft serve. With a parking lot for more than 30 cars, Neul Gogi Jip is a good meal stop on the way home from a trip.
