Yuksul is a Korean beef bar on Gwangdeok 2-ro in Gojan-dong, Ansan, serving raw beef dishes until late. On a seventh visit at 10:30pm on a Friday, Yuksul's Hansang platter (58,000 won) with the weekday mungban swap (3,000 won) brought yukhoe (beef tartare), beef sashimi and mungtigi (chunk-cut raw beef), plus refillable beef and radish soup, icy soju and Suntory draft beer. Even at that hour every table was full with three groups waiting, which makes Yuksul a solid second-round spot worth returning to.
