As I got older, I became interested in managing bone health as well. After hearing that people around me were taking vitamin D, I looked for a product my family could take together and ended up trying The Day Our Family Bone Care Supercritical Vitamin K2 & D3.

Vitamin K2 was an unfamiliar ingredient to me. The product description stated that it contains vitamin K2 at 200% and vitamin D3 at 500% of the daily nutrient reference values.
At first, I was a little concerned when I saw that it was described as high-potency. The stated directions were one tablet once a day.

I sometimes find large pills difficult to swallow, but these were small tablets, so they were easy for me to swallow. Taking one a day was simple, and keeping them on the dining table made it easy for the family to take them together.

Because of the individual PTP packaging, it was convenient to take with me when going out or commuting to work. At home, I kept it on the dining table; when I went out, I took the packaged tablets with me.
When doing repetitive work, my wrists or knees sometimes hurt. Along with stretching and massage, I planned to keep taking this product consistently.
