Two special sushi sets for a walk-home dinner: Minyeong Hwareo
Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang Moraenae Market Branch is a sushi and raw fish restaurant near the middle of Moraenae Market in Namdong, Incheon. A couple living a 10–15 minute walk away waited in a short line, packed two 15,000-won special sushi sets in a cold bag, and ate them at home for dinner. The flounder was well-aged and chewy, the salmon soft, and only one piece of white fish was a personal miss.
