Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi is an aged tuna all-you-can-eat restaurant in Yongyeon-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Booking ahead for a weekday evening, two diners ordered the royal course (₩38,000 per person) and worked through four rounds of cuts, from head meat to belly, then finished with corn cheese, udon, braised and grilled dishes, tuna soup, fried bites and albap (rice with fish roe).
