Goeum Hair Salon is a hair salon on the second floor of the north side of the Cheongna Exlu Tower shopping complex in Seohae, Incheon. I received a regular hippie perm there and liked its defined, bouncy curls, while the detailed advice on curl cream and drying after shampooing was helpful.
