Uridongne Yeonan Budu Seongnam Main Branch is a sashimi restaurant near Seongnam Station in Seohae, Incheon, that serves dodari (flatfish) instead of olive flounder. After a wait of about 20 minutes, the writer ordered the flatfish set for 3 (sashimi, hoe-muchim spicy raw fish salad, grilled fish and spicy fish stew) plus sea squirt and 2 bottles of soju, and the meal flowed like a course from chewy flatfish sashimi to a spicy stew finished with ramyeon noodles. For flatfish sashimi lovers, Uridongne Yeonan Budu is a Seongnam Station restaurant worth the wait.

The writer chose Shabuway Ruwon City for its looks, but the food is what made the visit memorable.
