Dokbul Janggun Ilsan Baekseok Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Goyang, Gyeonggi, serving Jeju pork specialty cuts and mul bibim naengmyeon. On a return visit, I loved the semi-outdoor mood, the three-cut platter, and all the banchan pairings. Verdict: a must for fans of uncommon pork cuts.
