Deok Ori Jumulleok Ganghwa Main Branch is a charcoal-seared duck restaurant in Gilsang-myeon, Ganghwa, Incheon, near Jeondeungsa Temple and Manisan. A Naver reservation on a weekday before noon brought the shrimp-duck jumulleok (380g) for 25,000 won, with plump king shrimp and a deep charcoal-smoke aroma, plus 3,000 won heart-shaped fried rice to finish that was not too salty. Deok Ori Jumulleok closes once the duck sells out, so booking ahead or calling first is the safe move.
