Before a trip, the black roots growing in were really bugging me... so I went to Levia Hair (르비아헤어) in Bucheon for a root dye. The shop is super clean and they did a great job, so if you're looking for a good hair salon in Bucheon, I'm recommending it.
It's very close to Bucheon City Hall, so it's easy to get to by subway too. Recommended for anyone looking for a hair salon near Bucheon City Hall!

Levia Hair Bucheon Branch is a spacious shop with a brown-toned interior and green grass visible outside the windows. It's on the 3rd floor, and the lush green view outside was so fresh and lovely.
There was also a spot where you can sit and look outside.
The whole interior is brown-toned and felt warm, which I liked. The shop is really big and comfortable!
The owner has even received a commendation for contributing to the local community.

Before the dye, the black roots hadn't grown in all that much, but to my eyes it was one of those stages that bug me... With that much black showing, my complexion suddenly looks bad...

How does root dye work at Levia Hair Bucheon Branch?
Root dye at Levia Hair Bucheon Branch went in this order: scalp protector first, then dye on the roots, then about 25 minutes of waiting. They start with scalp protection.
My stomach felt off, so I asked for some water. Those sablé butter cookies were so good.
After the scalp protector, the root dye went on.
They stuck paper over the top so the air conditioner wouldn't stop the color from developing. I'd never had that done, so it was so fascinating haha. Then you wait about 25 minutes. And off to the shampoo room!
The massage chair was insanely refreshing... A massage chair in a hair salon is the best. I wish I had one at home. After rinsing out the dye, they went straight into the clinic treatment.
The 3-step Ayunche hair clinic process
The hair clinic at Levia Hair Bucheon Branch uses Ayunche (아윤채) products in 3 steps. At each step they apply the product, let it soak in, and finish with steam.
First, step 1: they spray the product evenly. They gently press it in by hand so it soaks in, then comb it through. After rinsing with water, straight on to step 2.
Step 2 is the same: the product goes on evenly. Just from applying it, my hair turned silky-smooth like wet seaweed. Then a steam finish! With the massage chair, the whole treatment was really comfortable, which made it even better.
Now all that's left is drying!
They blow-dried it prettily too! While drying, I could tell right away that my hair had become totally silky, and it put me in a great mood.
How did the root dye and clinic turn out?
The root dye at Levia Hair Bucheon Branch blended in naturally with no visible line. They said they made it about half a tone darker than my lower hair color, since it can lighten when washed. So clean 👏👏
Maybe thanks to the clinic, my hair also turned totally silky. My hair was really damaged from a straightening treatment (magic straight), and it feels repaired, which makes me happy.
