I had the salmon sandwich and a Geisha Americano here, and both were so good.

Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch has a study room inside and is open 24 hours, so it's a great place to go during exam season. It was a Sinnonhyeon café that's perfect for focusing. Even with the low prices, the interior is spacious, so I could study comfortably, and the charging outlet was right next to the desk, so it was easy to stay plugged in.

Solo seats, outlets, and separate study and chat zones

There are solo seats too, great for studying or working on a laptop, and the outlets right by the seats made charging easy. I liked that the desks are wide and clean, and having a restroom inside was convenient, haha. I especially liked the detail that the study zone and the chatting space are separated.

How was the Selecto Coffee salmon sandwich?

The salmon sandwich at Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch has way more salmon in it than I expected. Salmon is just good no matter how you eat it.

It had been a while since I'd had a salmon sandwich, and I was really satisfied. They spread plenty of sauce, and the bread isn't ordinary sandwich bread but chewy, baguette-like bread, which made it even better.

I'd recommend it to anyone who likes a slightly chewy bread texture.

Does the Geisha Americano go well with the salmon sandwich?

I had the Americano made with Geisha beans, the acidic kind, and it paired really well with the salmon sandwich. The aroma was fresh, and the coffee itself tasted great.

Is Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon worth it instead of a study café?

The salmon sandwich and Geisha Americano felt like a healthy meal, and I was happy with them. The seating inside Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch is clean and fairly spacious, and the coffee prices are fine, but what I liked even more is how clean the whole place is.

The atmosphere works as a substitute for a study café, so I'd recommend it if you're looking for a place to study in Sinnonhyeon. It's right in front of Sinnonhyeon Station, so it's easy to reach, and it's also good for working or killing time while waiting for someone. If I need a place to study or a café with a Sinnonhyeon study-café feel, I'll probably come here often. With a variety of sandwiches, salads and lots of desserts, it was a satisfying Sinnonhyeon bakery café.
