Matgim is a seasonal omakase bar in Geomdan, Incheon. For a birthday dinner, I had the ₩35,000 course, Southeast Asian-style shrimp noodle soup, a dry Matgim Highball, and seasonal strawberry ade at the bar. Verdict: a quiet, satisfying choice for a date or blind date.
