Seohae hair salon root color blend and layered cut: Goeum
Goeum Hair Salon is a hair salon in Seohae, Incheon. Before a close friend's wedding, I had my grown-out roots blended into my existing color and took weight out of my hair with a layered cut. Verdict: the natural color match and lighter silhouette both made me happy.
