Personally, when I am getting a color or perm service that requires sitting in a salon for a long time, I think the atmosphere matters just as much as the stylist's skill. Everything was kept clean, so I was able to relax during the appointment.

Before the service starts, they prepare a drink along with a scone or financier. A root touch-up takes longer than you might think, so it was a small but nice touch to have a simple dessert to eat partway through.

That day, I had a root touch-up and layered cut together. When I made the booking through Naver, I had already written down the style I wanted to some extent, so the consultation on site was not very long. (Honestly, I liked that it was straightforward.. I usually avoid making big changes to my hair color these days and just maintain it with root touch-ups, because I hate it when a bad touch-up turns too light or patchy.
