Weekend dinner shabu-shabu in Seohae, Incheon: Shabuway
Shabuway Ruwon City Cheongna Branch is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Seohae, Incheon, with an extensive self-serve bar. After a failed walk-in, I reserved weekend dinner and slowly worked through the meat, Vietnamese spring rolls, kalguksu, juk, and dessert. Verdict: reserve ahead for a relaxed, no-time-limit feast.
