5PM sunset hour is a bakery café on the ground floor of the KCC Switzen commercial building in Yeongjong Haneul City, Incheon. On the drive back to Seoul from Inspire, the writer sat at a red outdoor table at 5PM sunset hour with a salt bread and iced americano set, an egg tart, and Sanghamokjang milk cream ice cream. The salt bread was crisp outside and soft inside with a proper butter pocket, the coffee beat expectations, and free parking in the building's lot made it an easy rest stop on a trip with a child.
