Juan, Incheon café with parking & elevator: tomato juice at Tiny Dot

Weekends or lazy weekday afternoons, we all agonize over which big café to go to for sweet desserts, a cold drink and some quiet healing, right? Hahaha

I love hunting down coffee and dessert cafés too, but honestly, in the older parts of town there's often nowhere to park, so you circle the alleys over and over, or the shop is cramped with steep stairs, which is really inconvenient with kids or parents in tow.

So I went looking for a real Michuhol café, a Juan café, somewhere near Singi Market, with roomy parking lots front and back so there's zero parking stress, and a whole building with an elevator so moving between floors is easy!

And oh my gosh... I found a treasure of a new, big, stylish café at the entrance of Juan Hanshin Apartments 👏 It's the four-story bakery café 'Tiny Dot' (TINY DOT) on Juseung-ro 96beon-gil in Michuhol!

How to get to Tiny Dot and opening hours

Tiny Dot (cafe tiny dot) is at 1 Juseung-ro 96beon-gil, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, at the entrance of Juan Hanshin Apartments. So you don't get lost on the drive, here are the key navigation directions first!

• From the Songdo direction: pass Munhak Tunnel, turn right at the Sindongah 5-cha intersection (Chuojeong Chueotang), pass Cheongsuok restaurant and go straight for 70 m
• From the Singi Market direction: turn left at the Sindongah 5-cha intersection, pass Cheongsuok and go straight for 70 m
• From the Munhak Stadium direction: turn left at the Gwangyo Middle School intersection and go straight for 400 m

Is parking easy at Tiny Dot?

Tiny Dot has large dedicated parking lots in front of and behind the building. A café around Juan, Michuhol with parking this easy is really hard to find, right? T_T There's plenty of room at the back as well as the front, so even beginner drivers can park with no worries at all 👏

A whole four-story building: getting around Tiny Dot by elevator

Tiny Dot uses the entire building, up to the fourth floor, as café space, and there's an elevator inside. The moment I arrived I couldn't help exclaiming at the sleek, modern exterior! I thought it was a small neighborhood café, but it turns out they use the whole building.

What really blew me away was the 'brand-new elevator' inside the shop 😭❤️ At big three- or four-story cafés you usually order, then carry a tray up and down stairs with wobbly legs, terrified of spilling, right? Hahaha

At Tiny Dot you pick up your drinks and bread at the first-floor counter and ride the elevator to whichever floor you like, 2nd, 3rd or 4th, which is so nice! The route is fantastic for moms with strollers or for bringing parents with bad knees haha.

Sunlight pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows on every floor, and with the tasteful lighting and generously spaced tables, it's a healing spot where you can stay a long time without feeling stuffy.

2 scones, croffle and tomato juice ordered at Tiny Dot

The showcase and bakery shelves at Tiny Dot were packed with golden, tempting breads, and this bread lover's eyes were spinning hahaha

To recharge with something filling and sweet, we ordered 2 scones, a freshly baked croffle (croissant waffle) and a cold 100% fresh-fruit tomato juice! Soon we were handed a neatly arranged dessert spread on a pretty tray, and rode the elevator up to a window seat with a great view haha.

How does Tiny Dot's fresh tomato juice taste?

Tiny Dot's tomato juice is absolutely not the syrupy or watered-down kind you get at ordinary cafés! They blend fresh, ripe tomatoes whole, skin and all, 100%, so from the first sip the sweet, fresh flavor of real tomato rolls over your mouth like a wave.

It isn't stuffy, goes down very smoothly and has a gentle natural sweetness, so it's great to give kids without worry and hit the spot for health-conscious adults too 😭❤️ Having a cold glass before dessert washed my thirst right away haha.

Is Tiny Dot's croffle crispy?

Tiny Dot's croffle was so crispy that it went 'crunch!' the moment I cut it with a knife. I sliced through the golden croffle and that cheerful sound tickled my ears hahaha. Then I stabbed a piece with my fork and popped it in...

Butter-rich croissant dough is pressed crisp in a waffle iron, so the outside is caramelized and crackly while the inside stays chewy and springy like rice cake.

With the sweet syrup, every bite bursts with nutty richness and sweetness, and paired with the 100% fresh tomato juice it made a wonderful sweet, salty and fresh balance.

What are Tiny Dot's scones like?

Tiny Dot's scones are crisp outside, moist and crumbly inside, and full of buttery flavor. The 'two scones' I picked last looked hefty from the start! I split one gently with my fork and tried a piece, and it wasn't one of those scones so hard that it just throws off crumbs hahaha.

If you're around Juan, Munhak-dong or Singi Market in Michuhol and want a proper big bakery café instead of a predictable cramped one, with easy front and back parking and an elevator up to the fourth floor, don't hesitate: go to 'Tiny Dot' at 1 Juseung-ro 96beon-gil! Hahaha
