Muirang Mulhoerang Hyoseong Direct Branch is a seasonal seafood mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) restaurant in Hyoseong-dong, Gyeyang, Incheon. Visiting as a group of four, we ordered two mulhoe and two clam kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) — the mulhoe came packed with abalone, seafood and raw fish over corn noodles that matched the sauce perfectly, while the kalguksu was loaded with clams in a garlicky, refreshing broth. With spacious seating and 2 hours of free parking, it's a solid pick for group meals and gatherings.
