Mulhoe and clam kalguksu for 4 at a Gyeyang, Incheon spot: Muirang
In short
Muirang Mulhoerang Hyoseong Direct Branch is a seasonal seafood mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) restaurant in Hyoseong-dong, Gyeyang, Incheon. Visiting as a group of four, we ordered two mulhoe and two clam kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) — the mulhoe came packed with abalone, seafood and raw fish over corn noodles that matched the sauce perfectly, while the kalguksu was loaded with clams in a garlicky, refreshing broth. With spacious seating and 2 hours of free parking, it's a solid pick for group meals and gatherings.

Where do I park?
You can park at the building where Muirang Mulhoerang Hyoseong Direct Branch is located (Masters Building) for 2 hours free. It's a building parking lot so it's spacious with plenty of spots, which was nice.

This is the exterior — it's located toward the end of the building. Pets are welcome too, but you'll need to bring a carrier or stroller!

Visiting as a group of four: mulhoe x2, kalguksu x2
This is the menu board — they have a lunch special which is great if you're coming at lunchtime, and since it's autumn now, they were also selling salt-grilled live prawns. There were four of us, so we ordered two mulhoe and two kalguksu.

The basic side dishes were salad, seasoned soybeans, seaweed soup and more — the seaweed soup had a really strong seaweed flavor and was genuinely tasty. Great for waking up your appetite before the meal.

How was the mulhoe?
After a short wait the mulhoe arrived, packed with abalone, seafood, and raw fish. Instead of thin wheat noodles, they give you a huge pile of corn noodles, which paired really well with the mulhoe. The sauce had a strong, deep flavor that went well with the seafood and the corn noodles — genuinely delicious. The seafood was fresh and there was a ton of it.
When you order mulhoe, a clam soup comes along with it — it's a refreshing garlicky broth with hand-torn dumplings (sujebi) in it, which was a nice touch.
And the clam kalguksu?
The kalguksu came out next — the noodles had a nice chewy bite and were loaded with clams. The broth had the same flavor as the earlier clam soup, but with the kalguksu noodles in it the broth felt a bit thicker and heavier. It had a strong garlic flavor that made it extra refreshing and tasty.

Atmosphere and seating
The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, so it looked great for group visits. This Gyeyang seafood spot, Muirang Mulhoerang Hyoseong Direct Branch, had cute figurines and lots of autographs from volleyball players — seems like it's famous as a go-to restaurant among volleyball players.

There were candies at the counter too, nice for a little palate cleanser after the meal.
In short
Muirang Mulhoerang Hyoseong Direct Branch, a raw fish restaurant in Gyeyang, Incheon, runs its own live-fish delivery truck so they can serve fresh seafood daily. The owner was kind and the place was clean and spacious, making it a great spot for group gatherings or work dinners. Both the mulhoe and the kalguksu were genuinely delicious, so if you're looking for a mulhoe or kalguksu spot in Gyeyang, Incheon, I'd recommend Muirang Mulhoerang Hyoseong Direct Branch.
