Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong is at 272 Gilju-ro, Unit 113, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon. It's open daily from 09:00 to 21:00, and parking is free for 1.5 hours in the building's lot.

The interior is cozy but small, with a marbled gray and gold combination that feels clean and warm at the same time.

Why the Half loaf was packed whole instead of sliced

At Easy White Bread, they'll cut the loaf to whatever thickness you want — choose from 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5cm. I decided not to have mine cut and took it home whole.

They said it's tastiest torn along the grain on the day you buy it, so I carried it home uncut, haha.

How the Golden Beurre loaf tastes torn by hand at home

Back home, I tore the Easy White Bread Golden Beurre milk bread along the grain — the crust was crisp yet chewy, and the inside was incredibly moist and soft. They use carefully selected ingredients like AOP French butter and dairy cream, so the bread was delicious even eaten completely plain.

Me, who only bought the half size... total regret. The butter flavor was no joke — it completely broke every preconception I had about plain white bread.
