Sokcho café for potato and sweet potato bread: Cafe Neorae
Cafe Neorae is a mountain-view café in Sokcho, Gangwon. On a rainy day, I had Neorae tea, a hot Americano, potato bread and sweet potato bread while taking in the quiet scenery through its picture windows. Verdict: I’d return on a clear day for the Ulsanbawi panorama.
