Fig and blueberry yogurt salt bread at Bakerist Brown, Gangnam café
Bakerist Brown is a bakery café near Exit 6 of Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul, with seating from the basement to the third floor plus an outdoor terrace. On a solo lunchtime visit, the writer tried fig wakppu salt bread and blueberry yogurt wakppu salt bread for the first time, ordered a salt cream coffee for 7,800 won and picked up a boxed healthy sand set as a gift. The wakppu salt breads were less sweet than expected and went well with an iced americano, and the healthy sand's box packaging made it easy to give away.
