No-wait table for two at Sindang gopchang restaurant: Jinseong Hanwoo
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Sindang Direct Branch (진성한우곱창 신당직영점) is a grilled beef intestine restaurant on Dasan-ro in front of Sindang Station, Jung-gu, Seoul, serving hanwoo (Korean beef) gopchang, daechang and makchang. Visiting as a party of two, the writer was seated right away with no wait, grilled one order each of the three cuts on a single pan, and received three house-made kimchis and steamed egg as free sides. At Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang, ordering all three cuts beat sticking to gopchang alone.
