New yukhoe restaurant in Gasan, Seoul for a Thursday dinner: Yukhwang
Yukhwang is a newly opened yukhoe (raw beef tartare) and gomtang (beef bone soup) restaurant in Gasan Digital Complex, Seoul, a 6-minute walk from Exit 8 of Gasan Digital Complex Station. On a Thursday evening visit after work, the writer ordered yukhoe for 27,000 won, yukhoe bibimbap for 13,000 won and gomtang for 13,000 won, while the mungtigi (thick-cut raw beef) was already sold out. With soy-based yukhoe bibimbap served with a mini gomtang on the side, Yukhwang is an easy, good-value pick for Gasan office workers at lunch as well as dinner.
