Gwangalli pot rice restaurant before the drone show: Solsot Gwangalli

Solsot Gwangalli is a Korean pot rice (sotbap) restaurant on Gwangnam-ro in Suyeong, Busan. Arriving at 5pm for an early dinner before the Gwangalli drone show, the writer ordered boneless hairtail pot rice and the new lobster shrimp pot rice at 17,900 won each, yurinji (crispy chicken in tangy sauce) at 8,500 won, and an extra plain white rice pot for a child for 2,000 won. The rice at Solsot Gwangalli is cooked in broth instead of water for a deeper savory flavor, and the beach is close enough to walk straight to the drone show after the meal.
