Masan Daetgeori beef tripe hotpot for two: Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol
Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol Masan Daetgeori Main Branch is a Korean beef tripe hotpot restaurant in the Daetgeori area of Masan, Changwon, near Gyeongnam University. Two of us ordered the small size hanwoo gopchang jeongol (Korean beef tripe hotpot), which came with acorn jelly soup, sundae and potato dumpling side dishes plus a separate pot of udon noodles, and the broth turned richer as the tripe released its juices. Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol works equally well as a warming dinner or as food to go with drinks on a chilly night.
