Steak and hairtail pot rice dinner for two at Solsot Sangam, Seoul
Solsot Sangam Branch is a Korean pot rice (sotbap) restaurant in Mapo, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Digital Media City Station and set beside an underground food court. Two friends ordered one steak pot rice at 17,000 won and one hairtail pot rice at 17,000 won to share, then simmered nurungji (scorched rice) in the restaurant's special broth to finish. The steak at Solsot Sangam was so tender that skipping the double topping for 8,500 won felt like a mistake.
