Sillim home-style Korean set: pollack and radish greens at Yeseoban
Yeseoban is a home-style Korean restaurant near Seowon Station on Munseong-ro in Gwanak, Seoul. Two servings of the direct-sourced braised pollack with dried radish greens (siraegi myeongtae-jorim) came with added tofu and pot rice, plus a full spread of side dishes: bean sprouts, seasoned lotus root, pickled radish and seaweed. The seasoning at Yeseoban is mild rather than sharp, so even diners who usually skip fish dishes can finish the whole table comfortably.
