Seongsan, Jeju restaurant with same-day phone booking: Jejurowoon
Jejurowoon Cheonghaewon Seongsan Ilchulbong Branch is a restaurant in Seongsan, Jeju that serves sets combining galchi-jorim (braised cutlassfish), grilled tilefish and soy-sauce-marinated crab. With two kids in tow, the writer ordered the A set for two and ate galchi-jorim, sea urchin seaweed soup, grilled tilefish and nurungji (scorched rice), plus one extra bowl of rice. Even though same-day Naver reservations were blocked, a phone call got them in: the staff said to book and note the arrival time in the request field.
