Jeju Korean bar for raw shrimp and beef tartare: Jumo
Jumo is a Korean bar in Yeon-dong, Jeju, serving raw shrimp sashimi and beef tartare together. After reserving on Naver the day before, I enjoyed draft beer, the half beef tartare and half shrimp platter, Jeju fried rice cake ice cream, and grilled golden dried pollack. Verdict: Jumo was satisfying from the sweet raw shrimp to the rice cake and ice cream pairing.
