Hyeopjae On Ttukbaegi is a haejangguk (hangover soup) restaurant in Hallim-eup, Jeju, a two-minute walk from Hyeopjae Beach. A couple came at 8am to eat before swimming at high tide around 9am, ordering the spicy abalone soondubu (soft tofu stew) with a whole abalone and the Jeju bomal (sea snail) haejangguk, and parked free at the Hallim-eup lot behind the restaurant.
