Hakdong shabu-shabu buffet in Yeosu with hanwoo: Tongkeun Shabu
Tongkeun Shabu is a shabu-shabu buffet on the 3rd floor of a building on Mangma-ro, near Yeosu City Hall in the Hakdong area. On a return visit for weekday lunch with a child, the writer took the basic broth with pork neck and beef brisket, and got a free platter of hanwoo (Korean beef) for joining the Naver receipt review. With a self-bar running from sushi and fried snacks to chicken, chicken feet, pizza and self-serve naengmyeon, and dishes topped up in small batches so everything stays hot, Tongkeun Shabu is worth going back to.
