Suwon tripe soup restaurant, takeout reheated at home: Jeju Eunhuine
Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch is a haejangguk (hangover soup) and tripe soup restaurant in Ingye-dong, Suwon. Arriving just before the dinner rush, we finished one bowl of tripe soup in the restaurant and ordered the same dish to go for a second round at home. The broth is rich enough that reheating barely changed the taste and the tripe never turned chewy, which made the takeout well worth it.
